- 28th January 2003: Sue Farrington, of this parish, wins the Terrence Chapman Amateur
Prixette ahead of Dinah Norman, former British Ladies Champion!

may not know, the Grand Prix tournament-of-tournaments aggregates the scores
from tournaments held across the country during the year. So we're talking stamina and long
term success here! The Amateur Prixette is the women's equivalent event, although I'm not sure
what qualifies the term amateur?
